Challenges
The Super Bock Group was searching for a solution that would provide better visibility and information on the main production processes in its factories, with the following macro goals:
- Streamline preventive and corrective maintenance processes, including enhancing access to information and communication between teams.
- Obtain reliable and pragmatic process metrics in real-time, with historical records of production and efficiency.
- Digitize and automate the quality control process.
Solution
To tackle the identified challenges and others, different modules were developed, namely Maintenance, Efficiency, and Quality. These modules provided the following benefits:
Maintenance Module
The module interacts with the ERP, simplifying daily maintenance management activities. Maintenance technicians and managers have access to necessary information on their mobile devices through a simple and intuitive interface.

The module consists of a scheduling service and a task manager. Scheduling can be based on time, shop floor data, process events, and manual actions by operators.
When a scheduled event is triggered, a manual or automatic quality control task is generated. The module also utilizes an advanced notification engine to keep everyone informed of manual intervention needs.
